ACCOMMODATION PRICING SCHEDULE – Prices Effective from 1 January 2021

Murroona Gardens provides residents with choice of accommodation and a range of payment options. We encourage all new residents and families to discuss these options with us.

Residents can choose to pay for their accommodation by a Refundable Accommodation Deposit (RAD), a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) or a combination of both. A refundable deposit is paid as a lump sum. A daily accommodation payment accrues daily and is paid monthly. A combination payment includes both a partial lump sum and daily payment.

The payment options provided below are based on the maximum room prices and are not applicable to Government Supported Residents*

A Basic Daily Care Fee of up to 85% of the Australian single aged pension is payable by all residents.
